Ingredients
For 2:
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon of vegan butter
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- cinnamon to taste
- 1 cup with water
- To serve
- Soy yogurt
- Chopped pistachios
Cooking Method
Cut the apple in half and put them in two ovenproof dishes, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup and vegan butter.
Add a little water to each of the baking dish in the bottom and put in the oven to cook at 352F for 20 minutes or until they are golden.
Serve still warm with soy yogurt on top and chopped pistachios.
