Desserts make everything better, especially when you are stressed. But I am so fond of desserts that I can have them anytime, anywhere. I don’t need a reason to get a dessert. I want a good body but not as much as I want desserts. Being a vegan, I keep experimenting with new desserts that can be made in very little time.
This time I tried making Vegan Chocolate Mug cake which can be ready in very less time.
Ingredients
- Flour
- Cacao powder
- Nut butter
- Small mashed banana instead of an egg
- Milk of your choice
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Sweetener of your choice
- Vanilla, cinnamon
- Coconut oil
- Toppings of your taste which can be chocolate sauce, berries, etc.
Steps to make the mug cake
- Take a banana and mash it. Add milk and nut butter to it and stir well.
- Mix cacao butter, flour, sweetener of your choice and vanilla all together.
- Keep stirring the mixture until it turns into a smooth and soft dough.
- Fill the dough in the cup greased with coconut oil.
- Bake the mug cake for around 3-4 minutes in the microwave.
- Garnish it with the toppings of your choice.
Your quick dessert is ready.
