Bruschetta With Hummus And Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients

For 2:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of vegan yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of ready-made hummus
  • 1 lime
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • A handful of sliced mushrooms
  • A bunch of parsley

 Cooking Method

Sauté the mushrooms with oil, garlic and chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper and when they are golden brown, set aside. 

Toast the slices of bread, spread it with hummus, put some sautéed mushrooms on top. 

Mix the vegan yogurt with a drop of lime juice and pour a little bit over the bruschetta, sprinkle with mixed seeds and a little more oil.
