Lentil And Cabbage Pie

For 2:

  • 1 can of pre-cooked lentils
  • 300 gr of cabbage
  • 1 roll of vegan puff pastry
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • a handful of parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cup with vegetable broth

 Cooking Method

Finely chop the cabbage and onion and brown them with oil and chopped parsley. Salt, pepper and mix constantly. Also add the lemon juice and bay leaves. When the cabbage has dried up, add the lentils and stir again until everything mixes well.

Deglaze with soy sauce and when they are caramelized, add the broth. Let it cook for a while. Then you put everything in a pan. Reveal the surface. On the baking sheet roll out the puff pastry. Join it well in the edges and cut the excess. Make a cross above so that the humidity comes out and put it in an oven preheated to 350F for 20-25 minutes.

Serve still warm.
