Vegan Coconut Yogurt with Dried Fruit and Cranberry

For 2:

  • A jar of vegan coconut yogurt (about 250 ml.)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of golden syrup
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • A handful of cranberries
  • A handful of mixed nuts.


Divide the yoghurt in two and sprinkle with dried fruit and cranberry. Put half a banana for each one, sprinkle with cinnamon and at the end also add 1 tablespoon of golden syrup.
