Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Pistachios

Avocado is the heart of vegan food and Avocado chocolate mousse is the best. This Avocado chocolate mousse is creamy, smooth ,and delicious and a great way to indulge your chocolate craving in a healthier way. Things to Remember

Always use very ripe Avocado so that everything blends well together and make sure to chill for at least an hour or two to get best mousse like consistency and it will taste much better.


  • 1 ripe avocado 
  • ΒΌ cup milk
  • Β½ cup cocoa powder
  • 3tbsp maple syrup
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tbsp oil
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 2tbsp crushed pistachios

Steps to cook:

  • In a blender combine avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract milk, oil and salt until smooth and creamy.
  • Now divide this mousse between two containers and top each with chopped pistachios.
  • Your Avocado chocolate mousse is ready but will taste better after sitting in the fridge for a few hours.
