Cauliflower with Mustard and Curry

Ingredients

For 2

  • 1 head of cauliflower about 400 gr
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1 lemon
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of curry
  • Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Preparation:

Clean the cauliflower leaves and put it to boil in hot salted water for 10 minutes. Then drain and put it in a baking dish. Separately, mix salt, pepper, mustard, curry, lemon juice and oil. Brush the cauliflower well on all sides. In the bottom of the pan also add a cup of water and put it to cook in a preheated oven at 352F for 30 minutes. From time to time brush with the mustard and oil emulsion.

Serve sprinkled with parsley
