- 100 gr of Paccheri pasta or the shape you want
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- 200 gr of cooked pumpkin

Put the pasta to boil in hot water with coarse salt. Chop onion and garlic and brown them with olive oil, add chopped parsley. Once browned, add the pumpkin, brown together. Drain the pasta and add it to the pumpkin cream, sauté together until all the aromas are combined.
