Tofu Cheese

Tofu Cheese that’s firm, soft and can be made in 10 minutes. No nuts are required, this will be full of flavour and nobody would be able to guess it’s actually vegan.

1/2 block firm tofu
1/3 cup refined coconut oil
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1. Crumble your tofu and add in to a blender. Blend it a couple of times.
2. Now add all other ingredients and keep blending till the mixture is smooth.
This might take a while, keep repeating till you achieve the desired consistency.
3. Pour this mixture in a cheesecloth and drain all the water.
4. Next pour it into a cubical container and freeze it for a couple of hours to achieve the firmness.
