Mixed Berries Smoothie

This mixed berries smoothie is not only filling, has more than 2 types of fruits, is vegan, healthy and its beautiful colour will make everyone turn-around. Assembled in less than 5 minutes, this easy recipe can be a great breakfast option or something filling to have when you’re craving a sweet.

3 cups of apple juice(or any other dense juice) / plant based milks like almond milk, skim milk, coconut milk
2 banana sliced
3cups frozen mixed berries
1 1/2 cups vanilla plant based yogurt
2 tablespoon maple syrup, optional
fresh berries and mint sprigs

1. Add all the fruits, juices/milk to a blender and blend till smooth. If it’s too thick, add more of milk/juice or water.
2. Add the maple syrup as per your taste or skip it if you want a natural taste.
3. Serve fresh with ice cubes and garnish with berries and mint sprigs.
Consume it within an hour so make fresh batches only when needed immediately.
